Sadly this company has a monopoly on the medical supply market in the East Texas area. We have a child with a tracheotomy and are limited on suppliers. This company has steadily declined over the years. They once had people who cared but that is no longer the case. We have to call literally DOZENS of times to get any supply that isn’t already on our list each month. Example, my daughter has a horrible wound that she is receiving treatment for from a wound specialist. The wound doctor sent in orders for the supplies we desper... read more
Great service and amazing staff.
So their office says they are open Mon-Fri 8:30-5! I’m came at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon. Place closed up and nobody was there. I called the after hours number and apparently nobody answers phones either. We went with CPS Medical. They are much more professional
