My wife sent me an email from Apple Holler saying "Veterans eat FREE on Memorial Day", so my friend and I decided to drive out for a late lunch. When we were being seated , we confirmed the Veteran's special and was told Yes, a free meal. When got the check, we were told it was only for the buffet. I asked how much was the buffet...12.00, so I asked for a credit. She returned to say it was only the soup and salad bar buffet, which is normally 9.00 but at that time of day was only 3.99. I just paid the check and left.

Business response:

Hello Chuck and thank you for visiting Apple Holler. We apologize for any miscommunication. The email offer that you are referring to read, "We would like to thank America's Veterans and Active Duty Military with a Free Breakfast Buffet (8am-12pm) or Soup & Salad Buffet (12pm-3pm) on Monday, May 29, 2017." We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
