I just had to RUSH my cat that was seen by Dr. Alyssa Hatala to the emergency vet just over an hour ago because she had failed to supply us to wound care instructions nor did Apple Hill supplied instructions along with the invoice itself. So I had to pay a significant amount to have it cleaned and for a sample send out to check if there any infections. Which is very large hit for someone is on FIXED INCOME. Have been going to Apple Hill for 30+ years and 4 dogs later. Brandy had her teeth cleaned today and some taken out. I'm always pleased at the pleasant surroundings and how helpful everyone is. Brandy is "healing" nicely and almost back to herself thank you. Love you all.
