They have always really cared about our furry family members!! I lost my baby Snicks back in January. It was tough, especially since it was so sudden. He had been seen there probably a week or two before his passing since he had reccuring ulcers on his mouth. Sadly the night of his passing he had to go to MSU, whom I do not recommend unless it's emergency. He had congential heart failure. Last week my ferret took a turn for the worst and I knew she would need to be put to sleep. Not only did Apple Grove get us in right away to end her suffering, but they were very respectful and caring. I had never been there before and was very impressed with their kindness, the candle they lit and the plaster paw print they made for me as well. I definitely recommend them to others and will be taking my other animals there.
This place is great with my puppy and she loves it there. It is hard to get her to leave!!!!

I had been a happy client for over 6 years. Unfortunately they have changed their business practices. They no longer care about our pets. My dog had a severely swollen leg and with a ruptured abscess, she couldn't walk on it and was in pain. The snot at the front desk told me they were too busy to work us in. There was one other patient in the building. She showed no compassion for my dogs situation.
