I used to love Apple Grove and always gave a glowing review when asked where to take a pet!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE MANY YEARS! This all changed yesterday when my loving dog had signs of bloat and I called 1st thing in the morning to get her in...I was told she could come in 5hrs later and anyone knows bloat is an emergency!!!! The office gal offered up other urgent places and I said she wouldn't make it!!! SHE DID NOT CARE! MY sweet Cally DIED! Just took 2 dogs in this morning - switching after years with another vet. Had prompt courteous service, reasonable price and caring professionals from the initial call making the appointment to walking out the door!
Thank you Dr.Weaver and the staff for being compassionate and caring today, 12-21-17, when I had to come in and put my cat asleep.
