Staff seemed nice. I fear dentists so all they could do was refer me to a dental surgeon but they told me that nicely. 4 stars because my appoint with the dentist was only a consultation. Although she was very nice, while she was looking in my mouth she picked up her icepick pokey tool knowing I have a phobia and I almost died right then and there. Dr Gill is the best,he is kind gental, meticulous at getting things done right. The staff is great, they are really great with kids. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
I’ve had a great experience at Apple Grove Dental. Both Dr. Gill and Dr. Kazmi are extremely professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Everything is explained clearly, appointments run on time, and the quality of care is excellent. The clinic is clean, well organized, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Justin and Batool are amazing! Always professional and informative. My appointments are on time/smooth and next steps are always clear if necessary. I have been going to this practice for years now and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend. :)
