Service here is like in many places they try to sell you services that are not needed. For example I changed my air cabin filter like 3 months ago ( bought in Amazon) then they said I needed to change it. BTW that filter was from 2019. Changed transmission oil at 12 quarts, they over filled my trans and my transmission was up shifting and down shifting like crazy. Then they had to remove oil ( that I paid for) Technician left a strong bad odor in my truck and all door handles were contaminated with trans oil. They said my ba... read more
Expensive to buy parts from Ford, but the service at the parts department is above and beyond. They helped me find the right parts with me only having pictures. They didn't rush me. They were informative and overall really friendly! Love when I get to post a positive review!
Had a recall for an airbag, which they took care of, and had them do an oil change and check the fluids, etc. They took care of it all easily and had the car ready on time!
