I have been working with the service department at Ciocca Ford of York more frequently than I would like recently due to a re-occurring battery charge issue and then earlier this week a reduced power condition in my Ford Ranger. The sales team has zero experience. Lack motivation to sell a vehicle. It took them three days to run credit only after having to call in and ask about the application. Two days later, there is still zero contact. Took business elsewhere and purchased our new truck with Al Packers in White Marsh MD. Train your employees better.
Went to look at a 2020 F350. After having to take it to get fuel on the test drive because it said 33 miles to empty for which you would have assumed it would be ready with my scheduled appointment. Outside of truck was completely dirty which if I’m trying to sell a $57,000 dollar truck I would have made sure it was washed. Inside of truck smell like an ash tray. We had the pleasure of working with Rob Mentzer! He was so kind and patience with us as we had some hiccups with insurance.
