Folks, I was recently contacted about some recalls on my vehicle by my local Ford dealer. They wanted to schedule the service. I was skeptical, you know how ya feel when the dealer calls. Let me say this, outstanding service! My service representative Amanda was on it. She scheduled the pickup at my house, communicated during the service visit and had the vehicle delivered back to me! BUYERS BEWARE!! Don't waste your time and energy dealing with Ciocca Ford of York. I stopped in to buy a new 25 Tremor and they clearly didn't want the sale. The sales people don't know the current offerings and rebates. I had to tell the sales rep when things like rebates were valid until. They tried blatantly lying saying rebates were expiring and price of the truck I wanted was going up the next day, which wasn't true and expired the 2nd and 5th respectfully. We were having car issues after the snowstorm. Ford answered the call (with a human)! and got us in right away. They checked out the wheels and got us back on the road to our conference. Amanda was very helpful and considerate - we will definitely be back!

Called 30 minutes before close on a Tuesday night to confirm a vehicle was available. Was told by Alyssa it was on the lot and they set up an appointment for me to check it out at 9:30 the next morning. It was discussed that I would be coming up from Baltimore (~1 hr 10 min). The next morning I received a call from Ben Salerno at 9 am and what do you know - the vehicle wasn’t actually on the lot. It was shipped to an auction two days prior. Scheduled an appt to test drive 2025 F250 Tremor. Salesman was nice. Truck was great. They would only come down 500 of the price. Guess they didnt want to sell the truck. Called Ourisman Ford in VA. Didn't even have to haggle for the price. 5000 cheaper then Ciocca Ford York and It was the quickest sale ever. I guess I should thank Ciocca Ford York for saving me money.
