I brought in my dad’s T- Bird for an oil change and they took really good care of it and did some extras since it had been a few years for oil change.
The mechanical and diagnostic work was fine, I think! I had no problem again, but the service was awful , I made the appointment 4 or 5 days before and I could not get a rental car, I spent almost 4 days without being able to move, they never had availability for a replacement car.
The service manager was very considerate and helpful
Apple valley is the best company I have ever worked with. They take great care of the customers and that’s why I will work with them forever.
