Quck Lane Service I received excellent service at Apple Ford Quck Lane today. They were willing and able to correct issues with the TPMS on my Expedition's wheels caused by a tire store. They could have easilty charged for the service to reactivate the TPMS but did not. They solved my issue in about 20 minutes.
Bait & Switch After searching the internet I finally tracked down the Ford Flex I wanted - right color and equipment - at Apple Ford in Columbia MD. I spent about a week emailing back and forth with the salesman, Neville Dick, over the price and the details of the deal. Apple Ford Apple Ford. I received a flyer in the mail saying if you scratch off 3 poke chips showing 25k dollars you win 25K dollars. However in the fine print it says you dont win. so I went to the dealership. I didn??t win the instant 25k. but I did get another chance to win the 25k by receiving a scratch off a ticket with 30 blocks with the main objective of finding 6 keys. if however you scratch off for example the first square and it??s not a key u lose. but on the bright side I won a free 12 mega pixel camera! not recommended Find somewhere else to buy your vehicle. Very unprofessional. Salesmen are too busy smoking cigarettes at the front door of the dealership. I was seated by the front disk at one of their round table inside to be helped. 20 min later I was asked by a salesperson to find another place to sit at. When I politely informed him that I was seated by their front disk person for help, he raised his voice and in a rude unprofessional manner he asked me to move on. I got out and never came back. not recommended
Mad I bought a 2006 Ford Mustang -new, from Apple Ford in Columbia, MD. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty as I was driving my children back and forth from school every day and knew I was putting on about 100 miles a day just from school and work. Before my original 3 year warranty was up, we brought it to the attention of the manager that there was bubbling of the paint on the very front edge of the hood. Great Experience! I am so pleased with my experience at apple ford. My salesman was nothing but professional. He made it easy to understand what I was buying and helped me gain financing I didn't think that I qualified for. I will buy my next car here as I know I got a great deal!
Disatisfied with management! We have bought three cars form Apple Ford. Very satisfied with the cars; 2002 Escape, 2010 Mercury Milan, 2011 Mercury Mariner. Pleasant sales staff, friendly service staff. However,,, When we purchased the 2002 Escape we were told that there was "free oil changes for life". Honesty in Short Supply The 2004 F150 has notorious problems with spark plugs. Apple says they are supposed to be replaced at 60k--but they didn't do it then. When I got the 100k service, they didn't do it then either (I guess it's now part of the 60k service). Funny, my maintenance guide says 100k. Their claim: Ford must have given me the wrong guide. My claim: the book says, "2004 Model Year Scheduled Maintenance Guide".
Good dealership I've gotten one explorer here and was very pleased with my treatment. I use their service department as well - but it seems expensive when I go there. Seems something extra is always needing fixing
