Its a car dealership. I like Apple Ford I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and have bought new and used cars from here a couple times. I really like their customer for life program with free oil changes and car washes. I have never felt like they didnt want me there or were trying to push me off onto someone else like other dealerships have done. BEWARE of deception Had to walk away from a car we wanted after sales people rescinded on a certain figure. After a phone quote which we were willing to go with, we went into a buy the vehicle only to find they lied and were still asking a grand above what we heard on the phone. Bait & Switch After searching the internet I finally tracked down the Ford Flex I wanted - right color and equipment - at Apple Ford in Columbia MD. I spent about a week emailing back and forth with the salesman, Neville Dick, over the price and the details of the deal. Still Mad I bought a SUV from Apple Ford this year. Besides having pushy salesman who kept telling me what a good deal I was getting, it appeared as a typical dealership. Then the problems started. I had a spill in my car that stained my carpets and caused my car to smell. Apple Ford did everything they could to get out of the warranty I purchased for my carpet. Quck Lane Service I received excellent service at Apple Ford Quck Lane today. They were willing and able to correct issues with the TPMS on my Expedition's wheels caused by a tire store. They could have easilty charged for the service to reactivate the TPMS but did not. They solved my issue in about 20 minutes.
DO NOT BUY FROM APPLE FORD! We bought a 2005 E350 at the end of december of 2005. After the purchase, on the drive home, we noticed an odd noise from the engine. My dad has bought and used FORD Econolines for his work doing hardwood flooring for the past twenty years. He was a loyal customer to Ford. He returned it to the service dept. the next day, and they told him it was the noise the turbo makes. Honesty in Short Supply The 2004 F150 has notorious problems with spark plugs. Apple says they are supposed to be replaced at 60k--but they didn't do it then. When I got the 100k service, they didn't do it then either (I guess it's now part of the 60k service). Funny, my maintenance guide says 100k. Their claim: Ford must have given me the wrong guide. Apple Ford Apple Ford. I received a flyer in the mail saying if you scratch off 3 poke chips showing 25k dollars you win 25K dollars. However in the fine print it says you dont win. so I went to the dealership. I didnât win the instant 25k. but I did get another chance to win the 25k by receiving a scratch off a ticket with 30 blocks with the main objective of finding 6 keys. if however you scratch off for example the first square and itâs not a key u lose. but on the bright side I won a free 12 mega pixel camera! Disatisfied with management! We have bought three cars form Apple Ford. Very satisfied with the cars; 2002 Escape, 2010 Mercury Milan, 2011 Mercury Mariner. Pleasant sales staff, friendly service staff. However,,, When we purchased the 2002 Escape we were told that there was "free oil changes for life".
