I absolutely would not deal with this business, I had called with questions about their services and the older lady I spoke with was the absolute most stern and hateful receptionist. The other young lady couldn't even help me she handed the phone to someone else after I thought she hung up on me. I was extremely disappointed especially since they are so close to me and could have had my business!
We rescued a stray kitten who appeared to have an extremely nasty eye infection that started in one eye and progressively got worse, slowly appearing in his other eye as well. We sheltered and fed this kitten, and made the decision to take him to the vet his second day of staying with us. If you want a vet that will recommend surgeries that cost thousands or that tries to sell you stupid treatments ... this is NOT the guy. Doc always did what was best for my boy. When my pup tore his ACL doing acrobatic puppy stuff Doc could have done surgery but instead, told me exactly how to treat the pup. It took extra time and energy to follow Doc's directions, but the result was a perfectly healthy and healed pup and thousands still in the bank. I love dr. Mann!!! He is the best. Jack is doing wonderful.
I took my dog to the veterinary clinic this morning to get her help and instead I got a useless diagnosis that ultimately cost her, her life. She died this afternoon because DR MANN told me she had a upset stomach due to eating to much grass. No DR MANN my dog died due to HGE. She might have been saved had you took the time to actually look at her. But don’t worry her death won’t go unnoticed. She was family and you killed her.
His ways might be a bit unconventional but they work. If one thing doesn't work he will fond another way, all while not costing an arm and a leg.
Doc Mann is great! Very reasonable. He will take good care of your fur baby!
