My little Yorkie was attacked on Monday of this week and we rushed him to the Apple Farm Veterinary Hospital with nothing in tow but my unresponsive fur baby. I am thankful for the care he received while there as I was in a panic. I prepared myself that i would lose him. I asked for a bill and fully intended to pay this week. I am a travel nurse that works nights. Apparently the clinic had attempted to call but I never received the calls. Their staff are all unprofessional there. We showed up 5 minutes before our 10am appointment. They saw random dogs that came in until 11. When I finally asked when my dog was going to be seen since we had a 10am appointment, they said they had to get all of the walk-ins out of the way first and it could be noon before I got seen since more walk-ins kept coming in. I told them we had an appointment and we should have been seen at our scheduled time and they LAUGHED and said that isn't how it works. Really? That's how it works... read more

super sad to see so many negative reviews as for YEARS we used doc Mann. Even after YEARS of using this clinic I had a bad experience with him once and left crying. I never went back. it's time that he retires.

Dr. Mann chocked my puppy!! He chocked her for at least 20 seconds. I heard noises come from my sweet puppy that I’ve never heard come from an animal before! I went to the police department they told me to press charges and have him arrested!!

He chocked my dog today scared my wife and daughter to death my dog is my world. My dog was gasping for air.

Don't go to Apple Farm, they are awful! The vet choked my cat and was cursing at her and she wasn't doing anything (around the throat, not the scruff of the neck). I have never seen anyone treat an animal like this, I thought he was going to kill her, I actually had to scream at him to get his hands off of her and I'm generally a quiet person... we have been to many vets and this was incredibly unprofessional and insane. Was so rude to my dog! Yanked him around and was talking extremely rude to me. Didn’t seem to have any compassion and made me feel like I was stupid and my dog was bad. He’s just 5 months old! And he did all this to my dog and yelled at me to “Get ahold of my dog” whenever he just yanking himself back because he was scared. He’s a puppy!! A PUPPY. Do not recommend and please take your animals else where.
