I am writing regarding the service performed on my Mac. I brought it in for repair . Not only was the issue not resolved, but the device is now in worse condition than before. To make matters worse, I was charged for this service despite the damage caused and lack of proper repair.
Great prices great service and they go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend.
Not such a friendly and welcoming guy Was. Overcharged to fix a leak screen because he knew I was in a jam Gave him $140 in cash Didn't provide a receipt Told me. To pick it up at a certain time the next day and it was ready five hours after the initial pick up time and then had the goal to tell me that I didn't pay It was literally the day before and he didn't remember that I gave him the money and said that he had to check the cameras There are much friendlier places that will be kinder.And charge you less
I have to give a huge thanks to this phone and computer repair store I been a customer for over 10 years and each time My experience has been a 5 star I know everyone that I have Refered has given me incredible feedback on the service Most important they treat every client with the same amount of respect kindness and devotion I highly recommend if you don’t live or work in the area it’s worth the drive Thank you to the staff for always taken great care of my tech stuff and being extremely patient with me 🩷
