Terrible customer service! Called to get an appointment and NEVER got a call back. Went on their website to request an appointment - no call back. I had to keep calling until I reached a person. Had work done and a month ago my insurance questioned the charge. I called and spoke with their insurance person to get a copy of my statement - she said she would send it right out. Still waiting to receive the statement.
Started taking the whole family to see Dr. Herman about a year ago and he has been incredible! The front desk is always very helpful and the hygienists are very knowledgeable. With their help, I have finally got my teeth in order.

I was in to see Dr. Grumke today and thinking back it has been over 25 yrs. Since my first visit. As I try to quantify my visits I can say It has always been a very pleasant experience starting with a nice smile and a hello as I sign in. The Drs. Technicians are great too, always professional and very personable. Dr. Grumke currently takes care of my dental needs and provides only the best of care. Everyone is nice, friendly and professional. They are very fast and thorough. We have been going there for a lot of years and very satisfied.
Came in today for a cleaning. Mike took good care of me and we had many conversations as the cleaning proceeded. Thank you Herman & Grumke for taking care of me and my teeth!
