I was greeted by the entire staff, including Dr. Patel when I entered. The office staff are always smiling and make me feel at ease. They work well with my insurance to ensure maximum coverage.

Staff is very pleasant. The office is very clean. There was not any wait time. As soon as I walked in, staff greeted me, gave me any paper work that I needed to update, and they immediately called for me to come to the area for my cleaning. I would recommend this dental office to others.

I had postponed treatment of a very painful dental situation for several weeks, as I avoid the dentist like I avoid the plague! When the pain made me desperate I called on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend. I was not holding out hope that I could get an immediate appointment, but I did. They got me in that afternoon and resolved my problem so I did not have to endure the weekend in pain.
