I live in the apartment next to apple creek and I have been a manager with apt so I know the challenges there is constant fighting,drinking,weapons,and partying seems like there is no management in charge and others have said anyone with the money can get a apt there seems like no screening have been done just last week five different police cars responded twice within 30 minutes I believe new management should be brought in to clean this mess up and quick!!
I live here and with the new manager you can't get anything fixed I told them about my dishwasher over a month ago they have me a old broken down one and now I can't even wash my dishes you tell them about it and they say they will get someone to look at it but never do and the apartment complex has bugs and they don't do anything about it DON'T RENT THERE
After living at this apartment complex for the last few years I would recommend against it. I know that sometimes circumstances prevent us from being too picky about where we live but the manager is a loose cannon to say the least. This complex has gone downhill pretty fast and it's happened within the last 2 years. There's only one maintenance guy (her son). He is overworked and probably underpaid and over stressed.
