I live in the apartment next to apple creek and I have been a manager with apt so I know the challenges there is constant fighting,drinking,weapons,and partying seems like there is no management in charge and others have said anyone with the money can get a apt there seems like no screening have been done just last week five different police cars responded twice within 30 minutes I believe new management should be brought in to clean this mess up and quick!!
I live here and with the new manager you can't get anything fixed I told them about my dishwasher over a month ago they have me a old broken down one and now I can't even wash my dishes you tell them about it and they say they will get someone to look at it but never do and the apartment complex has bugs and they don't do anything about it DON'T RENT THERE
After living at this apartment complex for the last few years I would recommend against it. I know that sometimes circumstances prevent us from being too picky about where we live but the manager is a loose cannon to say the least. This complex has gone downhill pretty fast and it's happened within the last 2 years. There's only one maintenance guy (her son). He is overworked and probably underpaid and over stressed. The grounds are pretty tacky looking. It's just not being taken care of properly. Even if you are the nicest ... read more

I moved into my Apartment a few months ago, am on my 2nd lease and can say that I have enjoyed everything about my stay here. The move in process was quick and simple. The manager was, and always is very professional and caring. Since my say, I have had two issues come up with my apt. and each time the maintenance crew was only a phone call away and the issue was fixed within the next 24 hrs. I havent been livint at Apple Creek for very long but so far my experiance has been great. I am in a Jr apartment, they are small but enough room for me. I am enjoying the paid for Dish Network. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you. I dont know why i didnt move here sooner.
I have been living here with my Husband for a few months. There were only two other apartments we were considering staying at for 5 months of pilot training. They were much higher priced and one did not accept our medium non-aggressive breed dog. This is a great place for the price. The staff and maintenance have been helpful. We got an unfurnished apt since we are doing a DITY move. Our AC works, carpet is good/clean, and dishwasher works fine. We use the laundry facility which works fine. I read the other reviews and I think we have very different standards. My husband is currently in training at the AFB and thats what brings us to Altus, as is the case with many of the residents here. We have been in three other apartments (of friends) in Apple Creek and all have had the same chronic maintenance issues that we have had, including: Dishwashers Flooding Washer/Dryers Breaking (or take 3 cycles to dry clothes) Broken A/C BUGS!
