My wife and I lived here for about 3 years, which definitely seemed to be 3 years too long. We mainly stayed for the cheap rent and convenient location, because for a while there was not many other places we could afford to stay at comfortably. We had no problem with the general staff, they were always very friendly to us, but the management of the complex is very questionable. My nephew has lived there for several years and really likes it. The keep the property nice, he feels very safe there, and the management is very responsive if there are problems.
I've lived here at Apple Creek for 10 years. I love it here it's walking distance to Down town Round Rock.. It's quiet . Well taken care of management is awesome and maintenance responds quick to work orders. Great price great, location, and AWESOME staff. Ty Apple Creek.
