RecommendedI have been working with Jeff Donaldson to sell one of my properties and have to say it has been a remarkable experience. Jeff has gone way above and beyond to help. I’ve been working with an out of state realtor on a property I’m buying and Jeff has even handled things that realtor should have done even though he wasn’t involved in that purchase. Extremely happy with this experience.
I do not recommend this real estate company for anybody who keeps their apartment in good order and leaves it clean they will say that they have to send somebody over to clean it even though you have shampooed the carpets and completely emptied it out and say that they cannot return even a cent of your deposit. Even if the owner of the property says it looks fine and you leave it cleaner than when you found it.
