At this point, I am beyond disappointed. Zero stars if I could. I was quoted 2-3 weeks for my car to be fixed. We are now over a month they have had it, and they claim it will be at least another half of a week. They claimed it was ready last week, there was still a dent in the back of the cab, a self tapper screw holding a cracked piece of plastic on, runs in the clear coat and missing the spray in bedliner. An absolute Godsend! A different body shop disassembled our rare and unique impact/damage area and realized that they didn’t have the expertise to even begin the repair. A dead end. Brought the vehicle to Apple Collision with parts in boxes. Even though this was a unique repair, Brad, with his skill, knowledge, and genuine effort put it back together and repaired it without the information on disassembly. This place will restore your faith in humanity.
I brought in a 2011 ford marquis for an estimte on front end bumper and headlamp replacement. Was this 2011 ford worth the repair job? It totally was. After the front end, grill, and head lamp were replaced the car looked like it just left the showrooom. Great Service...Great prce...Great people...This is a story I am tell ing everyone. Apple Auto has remarkably high integrity, and that is so refreshing to see in a car company. I had an accident, and they worked with me hand-in-hand until my process was complete. They were attentive, easy to talk to, and extremely helpful.
