Great experience. No one loves having to get their car fixed but Apple Collision and Glass makes it an extremely smooth process. I was kept up to date on the whole process and got my car back sooner than expected. I was shocked when I got it back and it was fully detailed inside, that was an unexpected surprise! Steve was awesome to work with and like I told him, I hope I don’t need to come back but should I be in that situation again I’ll definitely be seeing them.
I brought my F350 in from an accident and he took his time walked me through step-by-step on what to expect. Give me updates every other day on the truck with pictures. Jaden took the stress out of everything, super professional I highly recommend coming here and speaking with Jaden he will go above and beyond. The part that made me sleep better at night was knowing that he reassured me multiple times that What they wouldn’t do to his truck they won’t do to mine and that’s hard to find in a body shop.
Good help is hard to find and it shows here at this place.
