Absolutely horrible service and rude staff. Then to top it off when we asked them to leave the vehicle for us to pick up after hours it was left in front of the store, unlocked, keys in plain sight. What a disgrace for both mechanical and customer service.
Sold me the wrong key, said mine wasn’t made that way anymore, took them an hour and a half to make it, told me to get my key cut and put on the new fob and cost 255 dollars. I went to batteries and bulbs and they said that wasn’t true and made me an exact one in 15 minutes 100 dollars cheaper. I went back to apple and parts refunded 100 but sales would not. They said they performed the service. To me it’s like putting bad tires on, but I’m supposed to pay them for it.
Sales people are nice, obviously they're trying to sell you something. But would not recommend going here. The service people are terrible and their "warranty" covers essentially nothing. Even when you tell them exactly what is wrong, they'll say omg bring it in before the 30 day warranty is up! My family just bought our 5th vehicle from there today. Always have amazing service when buying a car. Also we keep coming back because we love their auto shop for car maintenance. Highly recommend popping over, especially if Ethan Detweiler is your car salesman!

This is one of the most incompetent car dealerships I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not only did they basically sell my fiancé a lemon, they have been screwing us around and wasting our time over something they’re contracted to do. I’m about to get a lawyer because this is absolutely ridiculous.
the sales rep. Greg W. was excellent, very friendly, thorough, accommodating and personable. He even helped set up both phones and suggested we come back or call him with any questions we did not think of at the present moment. He searched for the best price he could get for us. I am and so is my husband happy to have had him. thank you for the great help. we love our Chevrolet car.
