If you're looking for comprehensive medical care in a patient focused/ evidence-based/professional environment, this probably isn't the best place to receive healthcare. I found myself shocked as Dr. Byrd demonstrated unconscious bias during an examination. This experience left me even more (figuratively) nauseated as to how a medical professional could act out in such an abrasive manner when consulted for medical treatment. I love this doctors office. I haven’t met a person yet that hasn’t treated me fabulous! I see Amanda and she is wonderful and very caring. Met Dr. Byrd for the first time on May 16th and she is a high class physician and very caring. Tracy and Lorraine are always very helpful, and I can’t say enough about the one who draws blood(she is top notch). Thank you for having a wonderful practice with a very caring and compassionate staff.

i have been to many offices to try to find a good fit for me. i have really enjoyed my experience at this office, where i am treated kindly by everyone. my provider treats me with respect and isn't condescending like other doctors i have had, and that's something i really appreciate. i like that blood work is conveniently done in the office (and whoever drew my blood today was an expert--i didn't even feel it!). this office came highly recommended and i am happy i decided to come here for my care.
I've been seeing Dr. Jessica Byrd for a couple of years now. I love that when you get a good report on your blood work she gives you a big hug and congratulates You! Plus they never push antibiotics too early. Physicians Assistants are super smart too!
