I paid my bill it got a lock on it!!! I call to figure out why and then I get told information is wrong n all that they can't access my account, n waiting for management to call me back. I left next door to come here 😞 I am wondering if this was a big mistake! I can't access my stuff. I paid the bill! Not happy at all!!! I hope you can fix this problem.
I'm really disappointed with this storage facility. They won't let us access our unit because of a back balance from a person who has passed away. It's incredibly frustrating and insensitive. We've tried explaining the situation, but they just don't seem to care. This kind of treatment during a difficult time is unacceptable. We've been dealing with enough stress and grief, and this added hassle is the last thing we needed. The lack of compassion and understanding from the staff is shocking. They are a good dry place to store your stuff. Been there for years and nothing has ever been damaged. Has a key pad lock gate and cameras for security. All payments must be done online and if you do not have storage you will have to choose a plan from them. No one is allowed to not have insurance.
