Things were where I left them, in the condition I left them in, so I'll call that a win.
They are GREAT!!
When I first rented it was the middle of winter! The door was frozen and couldn’t close all the way. One text to them and out they came!! Got the snow and ice out of the way! Then when the snow was over I went to go get a couple things out and the door came off the track. It was a Saturday or Sunday.. I texted and they couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. The unit next to mine was empty so they had me move my things to that storage unit! Even though it was inconvenient they were quick to answer and have a solution!!!
I totally would recommend this storage. I fell into a bad situation and I stayed in contact and explained and gave them a soon date and they gave me a chance and I paid when I said. You're honest with them and they will do right by you
