The process of renting a unit was quick and simple. I also needed to up my start date on the fly and they were more than willing to help me. I setup my monthly auto payments which again was quick and simple. When I finally cleaned out my unit on a Saturday afternoon I called and a super friendly representative helped me close my account and it was finalized that next Monday. Super fast and efficient. Overall I had a great experience and if I ever needed another storage unit I would definitely go back to Boxer storage.
This storage unit was clean. The lady that helped me was amazing! I rented the unit for 3 months (for the winter). No problems at all. Will be renting next winter too!
Extremely limited area to discard anything.
