I gave one star because I had to. My 16 year old son was so excited to get his first car. I was worried about getting one that had no warranty, but his Dad decided to take a chance and get a gorgeous ********** Passat. Heard great things about VW's and the people at the lot made them feel like they could be trusted. Exactly 2 weeks after he got the car it starts to cut off and have issues. They are very misleading and not forward with the truth about the truck we bought. DONT USE THEM. After the purchase, their attitude was like Oh well, it's on you. I would give them a ZERO if I could
RecommendedYala was very personable, informative, and professional. I was at another dealership couple few days ago. very non personable! Yala and the mechanic were very personable. makes a huge differrence! DEFINITELY recommend.

This place sucks. The mechanics are a joke. When I asked them why the car is making the loud vibration. He said “its a custom exhaust thats why” of course me been the idiot and believed them. Now im down an extra 2000-3000 trying to get this piece of shit honda fixed. There are a shit ton of hidden engine problems. This place is a scam. They will say whatever to get your money!!! No buy from here!!!
The owner is very deceitful, and the internet is littered with reviews that suggest the same. Lots of reviews of horror stories from people who were misfortune enough to purchase from apple auto!
