There were children in the lap pool, without wristbands.They were running, diving and lots of horseplay. No adult supervision. Alot of rules were being broken.Including a mom feeding her kids hotdogs, potato chips and soda inside by the lap pool.If the health department had come by they would have been in trouble
I had my son in swim lessons and what a circus! Too many kids not in swim lessons crowding the pool. Also while swimming, my son's brand new shoes, his towel, and all his clothes were thrown in the toilets. When I alerted the front desk I was reminded to bring a lock next time. Good advice, but thought they would be at least look into the matter.
Thanks for having well trained lifeguards on duty at the pool! They did their job perfectly when it was needed and saved a life!
Furious about what happened today with the near drowning! I hope this company figures something out fast! WAY to many kids in the pool today!! I counted over 120! I do not feel my children are safe to swim here and will not return until change has been made!
My husband started the account on the premise that if we did not use the account they would essentially tear up our contract. What really happened was a run around until they sent us to collections with no notice. Now they have turned it to an attorney and it is double the amount it should be. They refuse to return calls after an email was sent and answered that it would be taken care of. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
What's with all the dead plants in the front entrance? It makes a terrible first impression like you don't really care about maintenance. Also, if you want people to clean off the equipment when they finish, maybe you could make sure there are towels out to do so.
