Several fliers are posted up about this new exciting Group Core class. Website says class is at 9am on Friday. I show up and no class. It's not on their printed schedule. Front desk people say, "well if it's not on the schedule .." then I point to flier SITTING ON THE COUNTER that says it starts at 9am. I've been a member for 10 years and I love it. It has everything I need.
Such a negative and judgement atmosphere. Not worth the money.
I have been a member for practically the time I was 16. I have always been very impressed with the Apple and the way they take care of their facilities, equipment, their forward thinking, as well as the way they take care of the members of the gym. My children absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pool. Summertime we are at the Apple more than almost anywhere else. I need to take the time and tell Frank THANK YOU! My husband and I have had nothing but problems with other members of the staff. To the point we have already signed our cancellation for when our contract is up. That all being said even though all this has happened you have been AMAZING! You have always been willing to help and give amazing customer service! This gym could be stellar if everyone treated customer service like you do! Thank You for your help and incredible customer service!!

Horrible gym never felt so uncomfortable to work out here oly people that are treated right are the fiends of the staff and way over priced and don't talk to anybody inthe office because they will leave you frustrated here postng a bad review
Me and my husband had a membership here and they told us that there would be now more payments coming out then I looked at my account this morning and there is a payment taken out .. And also got told that our membership would be done on the 15th and then they tell me it's not tell the 30th so I pulled out the paper and it says the 20th .. They lie about everything ..
