It seems like every time I go to use the club the areas we need are closed. Have not been in a while because of covid. Decided we needed to get out of the house. So I called to make sure the kid exercise studio would be open. They said it would so we went down. When we got there they have rock steady boxing class in there. My daughter is disabled and had been a member of the club going on 3 years. And as a young woman with a disability she received a Medicaid voucher to help cover her monthly dues which is wonderful since she has a very tight budget, she is trying to live in her own apartment with supportive living staff. So last year she received the voucher and it was applied to her dues, no problem. Actually send the bills to the right address. I just got a letter you’re suing me. I never received any bills from you! How horrible you treat people! I will be sure to pass it on. I even tried canceling the membership but, because I was a week after you would not let me!! Horrible business practice!
RecommendedI’ve been spinning for 7 years at the apple, now. There’s something about being surrounded with others working to improve themselves that is better than working out at home. Lynette’s spin class is the best (in my opinion). If you want a charged, inspired, motivating, heart pumping workout this is the one. Don’t just try it once though, it’s too hard to give up early. #habits #routine #interaction

We moved in April to losing our jobs due to Covid. I've tried to cancel my membership and I keep getting the run around that Brad will call me back. He hasn't. This has been going on for months now!!! He is never there!! I call every day of the week!!! During different times!! I should be able to cancel due to reasons I had no control over.
DO NOT GO TO APPLE!!! I have never been treated so unfairly and poor by any establishment before. I WAS TOLD IT IS IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT THEY CAN MAKE CHARGES AND CHANGE CONTRACTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU. Please keep this in mind when you sign their contract. I’ve never been so upset with a company before. I would not recommend this gym to anyone!!!!
I’ve been trying to cancel a membership for about 6 months now and they just won’t cancel it for some odd reason. I have rent and bills and they just keep charging us every month. Plus today they decided to charge us $11 more than what we agreed to in the first place when we opened our membership. We couldn’t cancel when we wanted because of covid but throughout covid they just kept charging us even though they were closed.
