The billing department is horrible and unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a bad experience in 2006-2012 with the billing department. I don't have any desire to return to that place at all. The billings department doesn't care. That's why I don't recommend this place to anyone. And as far as I am concerned Apple Athletic Club deserves zero stars.
Recommendedcheapest for basically just use of pool. love the privacy and everything thats offered.

Salesman tricked my wife into marking the *automatic renewal* clause without telling her that it was there. Then tried sueing us for their deceitful practices. WHAT A SCAM!! Anyone who asks about this place always gets the same answer. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
One of the worst places to work with. We have tried this place in three different occasions and every time it is the same. Their customer service sucks and their finance department is a joke.

Have always had problems with staff. Also have been trying to cancel my membership that "ended" and they keep charging me but then i called and they told me that my membership was over but they still keep charging me.
