Absolute nightmare. Having paid for my invisalign treatment in full and in advance, Dr. Andrew Appel consistently failed to deliver my treatment. Waiting three, four, five months for new sets of aligners became the standard. When I thought things couldn't get any worse, he ghosted me and stopped replying to my calls and emails.
