They knew my event was at 5 but told me last minute they can’t come until 3. Last minute Carrie who asked me the same questions about my event over and over again told me they can’t come until late after I gave the deposit already. I had to cancel and was left doing my own hair and makeup.

I was so disappointed with my hair on my wedding day. At the trial I was really happy with the look (though it took well over an hour) but on the day she seemed flustered and rushed and my hair came out terrible. If I could go back I would save my money and do my hair myself. Photos are trial vs. wedding day.

I don't ever write reviews but here it is...If I could give zero stars I would. If I could take back contacting Appease at the start of my wedding journey I would. They are unprofessional and communication was sparse and moved at their time NOT yours. When I finally had my Trial, my mother and I were extremely disappointed to see the lack of interest from the artists when asking to change a couple things here and there in order to salvage the hair and makeup. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere. Communication with the team was impossible, they showed absolutely no respect for my time and investment for services on my wedding day. There are plenty of other bridal hair and makeup services that will treat you better than Appease will - steer clear!

I had a great experience with Giana and our wedding day make up. She did a lovely job and everyone was happy with their make up. The make up also stayed on all day and we didn’t need many touch ups! We had a great time and felt beautiful.
