Beware - I paid for a $190 complete car detail, when I picked up the car it had only been washed , windows cleaned and the floors shampooed. The seats, dash, doors where all the same as when I left it. No waxing, either. The manager (Michael) told us that that package didn't include those services. I've been ripped off and lied to!!!!!!!
Being a female I always get worried that an auto shop will overcharge me or I won't feel comfortable. I needed some work on my car and called Michael at Apperance Unlimited. They made me feel immediately comfortable and at home while helping me get the best price. They also were the fastest I have ever seen! I wish I would have known about them a long time ago. They are awesome!
I had a half off certificate...called FOUR times in 3 days to schedule an appointment...no return call...certificate that i paid good money for expired.....finally got through and received no help...basically was told "oh well"......would NOT recommend !!!

I picked my 2007 Pacifica up this morning and my jaw dropped. The car went in to AU yesterday with everything a family of four can possibly do to a car, gum and ice cream smeared into the carpet, pen marks and scuffs all over the back of seats from the kids being bored on road trips, you name it. I picked up what looked like a brand new car! Stains gone, carpets immaculate, every single grain of dirt cleaned. It is unreal what these guys did. I never thought detailing would be so detailed! Can't recommend these guys enough!
