Best permanent makeup in Denver-Boulder! – Eva is excellent! I had my eyebrows re-done (it fades in about 3 years, but less $$ for a re-do) and I also had my eyeliner done for the first time. I lost all my eyebrows from thryroid disease many years ago, and without permanent makeup I'm a pale washed-out blonde. This is the first time I've used Eva's services.
