Boone Worst Place to Rent – Renter Beware!!!!! Do not live here. They will begin charging you on your lease before you have agreed to move in. Read your Lease date carefully. If you tell them you are moving in on the 20th of the month. They begin charging you from the 1st. day the apartment is empty. Regardless of when you take possesion. They do not tell you this at the time of signing. Very dishonest in my opinion. The apts are terrible and they are basically slum apartments.
A Horrible place to live. – Do anything and everything to avoid living here. The prices are too high and the apartments su(k. Your car will get towed for no reason, which costs $80 to get back, and the people that work here are so fu(king dumb that it amazes me. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
