Words cannot express my profund disappointment on how they handle my loved one. There was no good communication between I and the facility. It was really bad. They do not care about the patients nor the families .

I would highly recommend people with mental health problems not to go here. Dr. Ramsey was awful. I seen him for a year and a half and everything was Fine till a month ago, I have not done anything wrong. They do not care like they used to at this office. I have been going to this office for five years now I would not send my worst enemy to this office.

I placed myself into the care of ARBH in Linville 2 years ago this month. I had a most positive experience with plenty of care from the staff and positive communication. Without placing myself in their care, I might not be here today. Thank you staff for everything

Realized it wasn't the place I needed to be. Nurses and techs were approachable. Down side is to much down time with thoughts.

I had a good experience at this establishment I deal with autism and schizoaffective disorder the tech’s were very attentive to my needs and wants everyone was very accommodating expect a few bad actors my doctor was great and understanding and the food was good also a clean environment to relax and reset in only recommendation is they allow patients into their room when needed because interacting with others all day can be draining to a introvert or someone like myself who get sensory overload fairly quickly but all and all... read more
