The staff never did anything with us. They’re just money hungry. Most of them are also very rude and don’t care if your having an anxiety attack.
I went to visit a friend of mine And I was treated like I was retarded I took me 3 hours to find out what she was they gave me the run-around one nurse even laughed in my face I think she was a reception then three more people came I was very intimidated they were standing there with their arms crossed and I was just trying to find out how my friend was doing it to let her know that I was visiting her I will never go to Appalachian hospital again for visitation or even for health care
this place is very terrible, when i went in there it was the worst thing i’ve ever seen. i would give this place a negative -1 if that was possible. very horrifying, rude staff, dirty floors everything was out of order please don’t come here..
Was in the emergency room waiting area for 5 + hours with people with COVID possibly, they were sick and taking COVID test! RIDICULOUS! Go to Raleigh General!!!!!!!!
Dad went in to have his gallbladder removed. Was sent home and found to have an infection due to the surgery. Family was given the runaround by his doctor and the hospital until my dad was taken to the ER again by ambulance due to the infection. Absolutely the worst facility I have ever seen.
