Dr Faheem is an absolute horrible Dr. He prescribed me 5 to 6 meds for 2 diagnosises. He initially saw me when I lived in WV. I then moved to Tennessee in which his NP was aware of and noted it in my chart. When the pandemic started I was treated via telehealth. Only spoke with Dr Faheem from that point forward. He continued to call me every 3 months at my Tennessee phone and prescribe my meds which included a controlled substance. He asked me on one phone call what I planned on doing for July 4.
