Thomas was absolutely amazing to work with! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a pool install to use Appalachian Pools. We (unfortunately) had our pool installed by another "Well Known" installer (WVP) who looks good upfront, but leaves you hanging high and dry once the install is done. After issues with WVP (see below), we reached out to Appalachian Pools for a new Pool heater, they had one in stock, and sent someone out within the week to install it, and we've not had any issues in the last couple months since ins... read more
We're new pool owners, and let me tell you, Appalachian Pools is a lifesaver! They took over care of our existing pool, and it's been amazing. They listen closely to our questions and concerns, and they're always happy to teach us the ropes. We never feel lost or overwhelmed. Their open-to-close package is fantastic. It takes the pressure off of maintaining the pool ourselves, so we can just relax and enjoy it all summer. We highly recommend Appalachian Pools – they make pool ownership a breeze!
