I was just shopping but all the staff I delt with were friendly and they have a good selection of bike thought I was mainly look at tri glides they said when I'm ready they can get me what I want
Complete clowns in the service department. Absolutely fed up over all the times they’ve jerked me around.

I had a remarkable experience at Appalacian Harley-Davidson dealership’s service dept, and I want to shout it to the world. It was that impressive! I could go into details, but the short of it is they honored a shock warranty service on a bike they didn’t sell, nor would of they had to honor it. I wouldn’t of asked, but they did it on their own initiative. The service tech went above and beyond installing the computer updates and “tuning” it afterwards. The store is amazing very clean well laid out and the staff very friendly and very knowledgeable and the selection of apparel and sizes was great as well
Joe Perry , Matt and the Service team went out of there way to fix a mix up that held up Service on my Ultra Classic The tech (didn’t catch his name) came in on his day off replaced my clutch and stayed late to be sure that my bike was finished and in good order! Thank you guys!
