Dealership is beautiful and the friendly staff is more than accommodating. I would suggest setting up more stands or stations providing refreshments during the next “Too Broke For Sturgis” event. Having only two locations selling drinks and one for food left me completely dehydrated and exhausted from being in the hot sun all day. The extremely long lines at both locations discouraged me from waiting in line, just to buy a bottle of water for $3.

We were on a ride with 17 of our friends from Southern NJ. Right before we stopped for lunch a friends 2013 street glide stopped running. He got it started long enough to make it a half mile to lunch. We called Appalachian Harley Davidson. They were getting ready to close for the day. They sent a truck to pick the bike up. After lunch we rode over. At first when we got there it looked as if they closed up for the day. To our surprise the owner, service manager and technician stayed.
