I put a bad review on the scheduler 2 weeks ago and now it's gone. Dr sheedy seemed professional and we thought he would do a good job but the process of having to wait to call the scheduler and wait was laborious staying on hold for hours We both work a later schedule so we don't answer the phone in morning We asked about getting a text instead but it was not offered the scheduler was very unprofessional. I have been a nurse manager in past I hate being negative. Now they told us to call the scheduler to cancel!!! I wonder ... read more
It was my first visit with this office. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Sheedy was great! I highly recommend them to anyone!
