Have loved our experience so far with Appalachian Blinds and Closets. Working with Miles on the design was a wonderful experience as he listened to us and adjusted the design to best suit our needs. We are looking forward to the installation!
Our experience as family was poor as it took over year to receive the blinds after multiple mistakes from Applachian blinds, entered into adjustments in costs for delay and then changed the terms, and overall communication was poor from the owner down. Poor professionalism…would not recommend.
Michael was knowledgeable, more than competent, on time (early actually), nice, and was incredibly helpful. I ordered my blinds based on his excellent recommendations.
Very friendly and helpful. Great place to do business.
