I can’t say much about their pricing because I didn’t pay for the repairs we had done but the repairs were finished a day earlier. The paint colour match is not perfect but not noticeable. The owner was super nice though. EDIT: The door they replaced must have some issue because it keeps saying the door is open unless we slam it extremely hard. So I had to lower my rating.
I definitely recommend this place! The service is nice and the price is very reasonable! I walked in this place to repair some scratching on car body and the mirror. Kevin is very patient and warm-hearted. I know not very much about cars, but he explained things clearly to me and helped me order the parts that are usually hard to find. The repair work is also efficient and finished much earlier than I expected! If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy place for repair and check-up, this is the right place!
Very disappointing. I originally thought this place was decent and wanted to get some car parts repaired. They asked me to pay a deposit without informing me whether it was refundable. A few hours later, when I changed my mind, they told me the deposit was non-refundable, even though the parts hadn’t even been ordered yet. They said it didn’t matter whether the parts had arrived or not—they just wouldn’t refund it. This is a terrible experience and completely unfair to customers.
