Saeed at ApoThera provided a level of personal care that’s incredibly rare these days. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of his way to answer all my questions. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and provides excellent service. I never felt rushed or like just another number, he truly made me feel cared for. In a time when most pharmacies feel impersonal and transactional, his service stood out in the best way. Highly recommend!
While I was pleased to find a service that could fulfil my prescription, this was my first time not using a big "brand" name pharmacy, so while I was in the process of sending over full payment I also asked for them to just explain their process and services a bit so I can make sure I was going about my health treatment carefully. immediately i was told he would not take me on as a customer and block me. rude As a response, there was no false accusations made.
