Honestly, some of the best women I’ve met — Vanessa spoke with me on the phone, and Chenée checked me out in person. Both gave me amazing communication, really listened, and did their best to provide solutions. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of them and the great environment at this location. The technicians and pharmacist at Apotheco were amazing very helpful and sweet! Gigi especially was very helpful and I enjoyed my visit, highly recommend!
Customer service reps need more training to make sure they treat patients really well
Received a $60 dermatological cream in a rather large tube which will last for at least a year, closer to two given I use it 1x/day. The expiration date is five months from date of receipt. When I called pharmacy to complain about the 5-month shelf life for such an expensive cream, they had a negative and rather combative attitude. I spoke with both the receptionist who was very dismissive and the pharmacist who was equally as dismissive and calloused about my concern.
