The woman who answers the phone in Spanish is rude and disrespectful and needs to learn manners and customer service. She refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My doctor prescribed two medications to be filled by Apotheco Pharmacy. The information I received about the pharmacy was given to me as well said they would contact me to get my Insurance information. I only received a text to ask for my billing information. I called the Pharmacy to provide my insurance information. The first person was unable to help me so I spoke to a second woman that didn’t understand English properly and kept talking over me. Honestly, some of the best women I’ve met — Vanessa spoke with me on the phone, and Chenée checked me out in person. Both gave me amazing communication, really listened, and did their best to provide solutions. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of them and the great environment at this location. The technicians and pharmacist at Apotheco were amazing very helpful and sweet! Gigi especially was very helpful and I enjoyed my visit, highly recommend!
