Fast, easy and very efficient
I have used this pharmacy many times and always had good experiences. This last experience was less than satisfactory. I had an issue with insurance so I called insurance and we (the insurance rep&I) called the pharmacy. The woman I spoke with was so rude and condescending. I could not believe it. They must be hard up for employees, because I can’t imagine them thinking this employee is beneficial to their business. You do realize we can choose to go to another pharmacy? Apotheco delray beach lost my prescription and did not even try to notify me or update my delivery. I found out days later when I did outreach to them. This resulted in me not being able to retrieve my prescription at all. I do not recommend.
Just disturbing. Website reflects one of my orders shipped, when in fact it wasnt, I am now 4 days delayed and just cancelled it. I was unable to get a straight answer on why my 2nd medication cost was so high after ins and coupon applied, was given inconsistent numbers, ultimately found another pharmacy and paid half the price.
