They are going downhill on service. They said they were sending my prescription but they never did. I called them and asked them as I figured a porch pirate may have gotten it, but they were closed for inventory. When I did get ahold of them, they said they never actually sent it even though they said it was being delivered. I got my antibiotics one week after ordering it. Not happy with their delay and lack of communication
Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone. When you’re waiting at the desk, they don’t come in a timely manner. It just seems like they don’t care. I will never use this compounding pharmacy.
Can literally never get anyone on the phone to resolve issues. It’s so annoying, even after you try calling first thing in the morning.
