So much back and forth to pick up one prescription. I unfortunately paid for the prescription otherwise would have cancelled the prescription
Delivery date estimate are inaccurate and prescriptions arrive late
Used to be a good pharmacy, but their staff's attitudes have been snarky of late. Please clean up your act; we are your customers and deserve courtesy. There has been a change from Clear Choice to Apotheco so don't know if it is anything to do with that. Had some other issues with them (billing and so forth) that I also saw mentioned in the customer reviews, so won't repeat. Nonetheless, someone in management needs to take note, because I am seeing the same issues I had, reflected in the customer reviews here.
I was able to get my medicine easily and the cost was reasonable. The pharmacist explained the directions to me in terms I could understand and answered all of my questions. I was pleased with this pharmacy.
