My overall experience was very good. I was a bit concerned with the assistant since she had to take so many radiographs of the same bite wing many, many times. She kept blaming the equipment, etc. and did not feel the need to give me an explanation until I showed concern and questioned her. I was very pleased with Dr. Tilman and the level of care he provided. I was not impressed or unimpressed with the reception staff.
