I absolutely love Dr. Tillman and the hygenists. Even the person who handles the scheduling is very nice and professional. I find the receptionist who "greets" patients at the front to be rude and unfriendly. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tillman's for more than 5 years and have both experienced this behavior. I have never been treated by a better dental staff however, since this receptionist started working there, I dread having to go in.
