I custom order my supplements here and have found the staff willing to go out of their way to make sure I got what I needed, and at reasonable prices as well.
My vet has sent multiple prescriptions for my cats to the Apothecary, because this pharmacy compounds liquid antibiotics. However, as of today I'm going to start using a distant compounding pharmacy that mails prescriptions, because the customer service at this business is terrible. The women who work there are downright rude and unkind; there's some funky, dysfunctional interpersonal dynamic among them (it's palpable) that rubs off on their customers. Today, I went to the Apothecary in the midst of an allergic reaction. The cost was $6.70 for benadryl, their minimum balance to use my credit card was $7. Instead of using common sense and forgetting the $0.30 difference the clerk tried to sell me other items and wasn't letting me run the card. Luckily I was with someone who knew the owner, so the owner let them run it, after she told me that they were losing money from my purchase. Refused to help my pregnant wife when she was having an allergic reaction because she didn't have enough for the minimum balance to use a credit card. After arguing with the owner they finally allowed her to make the purchase. Time is very important on this types of issues. Don't go if your in need of help.
This is a great place with great people! They do a great job and are very helpfully. They know a lot .
